We are Horne and Meredith Properties Limited (Company number: 03393305). We provide a car park(s) where individuals pay to park their vehicle (Services). We are the Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)).

We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of your personal data. We want you to be confident that your information will be properly protected whilst in our possession. The personal data we collect and use

We collect the following information about you:

Make and model of Vehicle
Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM)
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)
CCTV footage/data
Date and time of entry and exit to the car park
Name, residential address, email address and telephone number
User name and password
Payment details including payment card details
Details of any complaints made about you or by you

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it. This includes:

to provide you with the Services
to deal with any queries, disputes or complaints
to deal with any damage or accidents
to comply with our legal obligations

We may share your personal data with:

Government agencies including the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)
Law enforcement authorities including the Police
Third party companies that provide services to us for example debt collection agencies
Other bodies or organisations as necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Use of Email Tracking Pixels

All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when. This information can be viewed by those users of the system with permission to view email delivery reports. We do not display any information regarding the location of the recipient. Note that the tracking pixel is only activated if the recipient chooses to download images into their email client.

Data Processor

We, H & M Parking, make use of the myClubhouse software supplied by Simmetrics Ltd to process personal data we include on our myClubhouse website in accordance with our privacy policy set out above. Simmetrics Ltd processes your personal data on our behalf and they can only do so in accordance with our written instructions. Use this form to send an email to another permit holder. You may only send to one permit holder at a time. Your registered email address will be passed on to this permit holder but you may also include alternative contact details.

Note: Emails sent via the website are not entirely private. A copy of every email is held on the database and this can be accessed by the car park officers using the Sent Emails page.
